SD PRP Practice Policies

NO SHOW- RESCHEDULING- CANCELLATION POLICY ($200 fee)

We have a limited opening in our schedule for our physician, we have implemented “No Show- Rescheduling -Cancellation policy” with the goal of being able to offer any available time to those on our waiting lists plus to be able to keep our doors open. Also, this policy allows us to avoid overbooking and to maintain high level of individual care for each of our patients.

We block one hour of your physician time to attend to your medical care, any no-show or late cancellation will cause the physician’s time allocated to you to go unused.

For these reasons, we require at least 48 hours’ notice (email, phone, or written) to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any no-showed appointment or appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $200.00 fee. For this reason, we require for the service to be paid in advance or a credit card to be kept on file to book an appointment.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be provided to you for any prepaid services if you change your mind or cancel you appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. $200.00 fee will be deducted from your prepaid amount if you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours to your visit , or if you do not show to your appointment.

FREE CONSULTATION

Our consultations are complimentary for all services. We set time aside from patient care and procedures to secure a consultation time for you. We appreciate if you cancel your fee consultation appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in the case you can’t attend.

NO PHOTOGRAPHY- FILMING

SD PRP Clinic is a private medical office. We ask all visitors and patients to refrain from filming or photographing other visitors, our patients or your procedures, in accordance with the laws surrounding private medical spaces. We also ask that you respect the privacy of others, and not disclose whom you may have seen in our office, beyond our staff. We do work to limit patient-to-patient interaction for the privacy of our patients. We take before-after pictures and can provide to you upon your request. Your before-after procedure pictures may be used in our website or social media. We will ask for your written or verbal consent if any of your picture that showing an obvious identifying future of you is used.

NO GUARANTEE -UNSATISFACTORY RESULTS

Despite our outmost efforts to achieve the best possible outcome, for some, the final outcome of PRP therapy varies due to several other contributing factors not in our control ( i.e Sun exposure, your body healing response, post care, etc). Also, there may a possibility for an unsatisfactory result from these procedures.

NO GUARANTEE or warranty is made by SD PRP Clinic to our clients that a particular results may be obtained or to the duration that such a result may last. SD PRP WILL NOT grant additional free treatment(s) or any refund for lack of result or if the results does not last as you expected or due to a complication, or for any other reason.
